About the position

Are you a Digital Marketing Manager with vigilance for meeting deadlines and staying within project budgets, a facility for open communication, and a keen eye for process and compliance? Then SpinnDigital wants to hear from you. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for facilitating project status meetings, developing clear and detailed digital project plans and managing all assigned projects.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious marketing leader who understands the US market. This role is perfect for someone who already has some marketing management experience under their belt, and is looking to grow their skillsets at a fast-paced digital agency.

  • Manage complete execution of digital marketing projects from start to finish
  • Manage the delegation of project tasks to employees
  • Oversee and monitor project budgets and expenditures
  • Execute quality control on projects during development to maintain standards
  • Adjust project schedules and targets as needs or budgets change
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Collaborate with executives and/or board members to keep projects aligned with their goals
  • Decide on a project's next steps when presented with multiple options
  • Facilitate project status meetings
  • Maintain team action synergy by serving as the point of contact when multiple departments are assigned to the same project
  • Organize input and work from a variety of stakeholders
  • Expertise in managing and executing multiple digital projects
  • Prior experience with managing creation of websites from scratch
  • Comfortable with design and prototyping tools
  • Experience working within project management tools and software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating across multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, creative, sales and IT, as well as outside agencies
